The WHO is working to adopt 2 separate but related items: 1) revisions of the International Health Regulations (IHR)—content completed but not yet accepted; and 2) the “Pandemic Treaty”—content still being hashed out.
The originally proposed IHR revisions were not completely accepted as is due to enllightened pushback, but internal negotiations up to the last minute resulted a set of changes WAS pushed through by the body. The somewhat less draconian wording is still 100% toxic, and assures a global scam to funnel money into Big Pharma and spread mRNA bioweapon factories around the world focusing on poorer countries, seemingly to get jabs in the arms of the people missed during the Covid-19 panic.
Countries have 10 months (18 months for some countries) to EXPLICITLY REJECT these IHR changes, otherwise, by default, they will considered to have been accepted. The WHO’s power grab will go into effect for each country that sits idly by without officially expressing rejection.
The IHR revisions took so long that the “Pandemic Treaty” was left as a task for the next meeting. It was NOT abandoned, only postponed. So down the road, it is still entirely possible that the “Pandemic Treaty” will be revived and approved, and likewise come into effect unless EXPLICITLY rejected by each member nation. Simply doing nothing will allow these WHO policies to be automatically accepted.

the pandemic treaty and ihr regulations are two different things. Many of the psychotic things were in the IHR including giving WHO control over any “risk that could impact public health”, fucking crazy (article 2), also making everything WHO says binding and giving WHO worldwide control of social media, access to ALL MEDICAL DATA for the ENTIRE WORLD so they could ‘predict’ new ‘risks’… gene therapies was just the tip of the iceberg but was in there.
another favorite was the ihr amendments changed article 3 from implementation of regulations being guided by “full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons” and replaced it with “principles of equity, inclusivity, coherence and in accordance with common but differentiated state parties”…
which means fuck your rights, its whatever the states goals are.
article 3 now reads “1. The implementation of these Regulations shall be with full respect for the dignity, human rights
and fundamental freedoms of persons, and shall promote equity and solidarity.”
that alone is a major victory.

Another main concern here is WHO is not subject to any oversight. WHO members cannot be investigated let alone prosecuted of any action regardless of consequences.
the 46 pages of ihr amendments proposed by AMERICA was reduced to 4 pages and super fucking important IHR states WHO is returned to being non-binding.
The WHO statement from the UK suggests all countries now have to review and opt in, where previously all IHR changes were automatically adopted unless a country pulled out of the WHO. I have yet to verify that actual change (or fully read the new ihr agreed to june 1 2024, i have only skimmed it to confirm the psycho shit was removed).

So, new IHR amendments still got approved. its will take time to digest the changes although most initially look okay at face value. its the analysing of the prick legal deceptive wording that takes the time.
