@2:18:00 you claim everyone thought Jimmy Carter was a boob who couldn’t do his job. Perhaps you’re thinking of Carter’s brother Billy who was endlessly in the news for his buffoonery. Jimmy Carter was well known as a very smart, articulate, thoughtful, intellectual president who was overwhelmed with events like insane inflation economy and the Iran hostage crisis (which went on forever because the scumbags Bush and Reagan made an arms for hostages deal).
The real reason Carter was hated by establishment Washington (but not the people) was because the Council on Foreign Relations warmongers who put him in power expected him to start a few wars for profit, but he refused.
Also Gerald Ford was seen as a boob, always literally stumbling and falling down. His head was misshapen too!
The smears against Roger Waters’ art come from his holding a mirror to what these people are doing, and they don’t like what they see.
