most modern work on health, like this, truthful revelation, are based off the work started by Gary Taubes and Robert Lustig. Good Calories Bad Calories is an amazing book by Gary Taubes who like you Jimmy isnt an expert, he’s a journalist who looked at the real studies and asked questions. it’s a tough read though, better to call him up and have him on your show. he raises money to conduct proper studies. Im sure either would engage with your truth telling.
