yes she is a smart lady … and bitcoin can be tracked but they start with no names or info and have to get and put it all together to know who everyone is …. this is also part of india and their digital coin thing and taxing digital coins including bitcoin. its all about pushing it into blockchain that they will have access to all the info cause u will sign up thru them for ur login/passport to use everything like bitcoin or facebook or whatever
